Hello, I'm Laura and I come from a small and picturesque village in the province of Vicenza, which is very famous for the production of wine. Since I was a child, I have always used drawing as a safety valve, a cathartic moment, but at that time I wasn’t able to fully comprehend the meaning of it. A few years later, because of my curiosity towards humanity, I decided to study social sciences. During those years I’ve never stopped drawing and keeping alive my creativity. I truly believe that human expression can be revealed through every form of artistic languages. That’s the reason why, after I finished school when I was 19, I finally decided to follow my passion for art and I enrolled in the academy of fine arts in Verona. My specific programme is design, which I think is the perfect fusion between art and functionality. Thanks to the academy of fine arts I am able to get in touch with the world of design and also explore the meaning of "making art". Moreover, since I was 14, music has always been a protagonist in my life: the genres I prefer are blues and rock 'n' roll, not surprisingly my boyfriend is a guitarist! I hope one day I’ll be able to work in a creative context and turn what’s always been a passion into my life.
