I’m Andrea Patruno, a photographer based in Milan.
With a background rooted in art and creativity, I’ve built my career around a clear vision: using photography as a means to tell authentic and visually refined stories.

Over the years, I’ve developed a versatile approach that combines technical precision with a strong narrative sensibility. My work spans fashion, advertising, still life, portraiture, and reportage, always with the goal of translating a concept into powerful and timeless images.

I collaborate with advertising agencies, production companies, and international brands, following projects from creative direction to final execution.
Among my clients and collaborations are Missoni, Porsche, Moschino, Molinari, Bottega Verde, D&G, Max Mara, and many others.

My photographs have been exhibited in venues such as Art’s Square Gallery in New York, the International Photography Festival in Trieste, and the Biennale di Vigevano at the Castello Sforzesco, as well as galleries in Rome and Florence.

What defines my work is attention to detail, consistency in quality, and a strong visual identity. I believe that every image should serve a purpose—whether it’s to enhance a brand, communicate emotion, or create lasting impact.
